Giveaway Terms and Conditions for SEPA Direct Debit

In order to be eligible to win, participants must opt in to SEPA Direct Debit Payment by fully completing the Customer Record Update Form (Sections A to C) , and let us know why and how they would recommend MAPFRE MSV Life to a friend.

Participants must hold an actively issued existing protection only policy with MAPFRE MSV Life at the start and the end of the competition.

• The most creative idea (as determined by MMSV Life) will be entitled for a 10.2 inch Apple iPAD 8th Gen 128GB (or equivalent).
• Participants under any suspicion of foul play will automatically be disqualified from this competition and any other future competitions at the discretion of the Company.
• The Competition is to commence as of Friday 27th November 2020 at 08:00 until Monday 1st March 2021 at 08:00. Any persons who fail to participate within the aforementioned time period will not be eligible to win.
• Upon selecting the most creative idea, that client (s) will be contacted by the Company via e-mail and asked to confirm their policy number. Should any one of these individuals fail to provide a reply of confirmation within 72 hours of being contacted, he/she will be disqualified and a different participant will be chosen as the potential winner.
• If the winner is a joint policy owner, only 1 giveaway will be provided.
• The Competition will be open to all clients who abide by the aforementioned Terms and Conditions.
• Offer is not valid and/or transferable in conjunction with any other promotion.
• Offer cannot be redeemed in cash.
