Thanks to JUGS Malta, this year, MAPFRE Malta employees enjoyed a number of fun-filled activities throughout the afternoon treasure hunt. All activities held during the team-building event were exercised with the aim to break barriers between employees. This was achieved by boosting communication, developing relational and behaviour skills, and enhancing the sense of teamwork amongst the employees.
“It was an awesome opportunity for employees of both MAPFRE Middlesea and MAPFRE MSV Life to get to know one another better. We were about 200 employees split into 28 teams, and each team member was able to interact amongst their team and other team players. We danced, we sang, we made a short movie clip, we interacted with people in the centre of Valletta, we ate ice-cream, amongst many other things. But most importantly, we had loads of fun together as a whole team” said Ines Silva, Chief Officer Human Resources.
MAPFRE Malta organises a number of activities throughout the year which allow for the continuous development of its employees. These activities range from volunteering activities, workshops, training and even recreational activities.

L-Impjegati ta’ MAPFRE Malta f’attivita ta’ teambuilding
L-Impjegati ta’ MAPFRE MALTA (li jinkludi MAPFRE Middlesea u MAPFRE MSV Life) qattgħu ftit ħin il-barra mill-uffiċju biex ipparteċipaw f’attivita ta’ team-building organizzata minn JUGS Malta, li ħadet il-forma ta’ treasure hunt.
Bis-saħħa ta’ JUGS Malta, l-impjegati setgħu igawdu wara nofsinhar ta’ attivitajiet li saru matul din it-treasure hunt, li kellha l-għan li tagħti opportunità lill-impjegati isiru jafu aktar lil xulxin, lil hinn mix-xogħol. B’hekk tissaħaħ l-komunikazzjoni bejnithom waqt li jiġu żviluppati ċertu kapaċitajiet biex l-impjegati jaħdmu aktar bħala tim wieħed.
“Din l-attivita serviet bħala opportunità biex kemm l-impjegati ta’ MAPFRE Middlesea kif ukoll ta’ MAPFRE MSV Life isiru jafu aktar lil xulxin. Ipparteċipaw madwar 200 impjegat, li kienu maqsuma f’28 tim, u kull impjegat irnexxilu jinteraġixxi sew mal-bqija tat-tim tiegħu. Kellna ċ-ċans niżfnu, nkantaw, kif ukoll nagħmlu film qasir, waqt li iltqajna u tkellimna ukoll ma diversi nies fiċ-ċentru tal-Belt Valletta. Ħadna ħafna gost bħala tim wieħed,” qalet Ines Silva, Kap Eżekuttiv tar-Risorsi Umani fi ħdan MAPFRE Malta.
MAPFRE Malta torganizza numru ta’ attivitajiet matul is-sena li jippermettu l-iżvilupp kontinwu ta’ l-impjegati tagħha. Dawn l-attivitajiet ivarjaw minn attivitajiet ta’ volontarjat, workshops, taħriġ u anke attivitajiet ta’ rikreazzjoni.
