Middlesea Insurance plc, (MSI) wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Keith Mallia Milanes as Assistant General Manager – Technical and Mr Fernando Docampo as Assistant General Manager – Commercial. This would bring MSI’s current organization structure in line with the MAPFRE global organization with all areas within the company fitting into a general company structure.
The technical department will be responsible for underwriting and claims whilst the commercial department will be responsible for marketing, commercial and distribution matters. Both Assistant General Managers will be reporting directly to Mr Alfredo Muñoz Perez, the MSI President & CEO.
Mr Mallia Milanes and Mr Fernando Docampo previously held the positions of Chief Officers within MSI. The said appointments are subject to the approval of the Malta Financial Services Authority.
There is no other matter concerning Mr Mallia Milanes and Mr Docampo that requires disclosure in terms of the Listing Rules.
