MSV Life p.l.c. has recently acquired the TG Complex offices in Mriehel from the Tumas Group.
This prestigious office building covers a total area of approximately 12,000 sq. metres with 8,000 sq. m dedicated to highly finished office space. As a new and modern purpose built office block it is set to be an important addition to the property portfolio of MSV Life p.l.c. and will join a number of other office blocks of equal standing in the same portfolio – among them Whitehall Mansions in Ta’Xbiex, the Europa Centre in Floriana and the Mall Complex also in Floriana.
