MAPFRE and University of Malta announce Annual Conference on Sustainable Healthcare to be held on November 12th

MAPFRE, in collaboration with the University of Malta’s Department of Insurance and Risk Management, is pleased to announce the upcoming annual conference, themed “Ensuring a Sustainable Healthcare System.” This highly anticipated event will take place on November 12, 2024, bringing together professionals from the healthcare, insurance, and health sciences fields to discuss the critical issues and solutions for achieving a resilient and sustainable healthcare system.

Health Minister Hon Dr Jo Etienne Abela will be part of the discussion panel along with CEOs of private hospitals.

This year’s conference will feature expert speakers from Malta and abroad who will share insights on how public and private sectors can work together to enhance the efficiency and longevity of healthcare systems. Special attention will be given to the role of health insurance in supporting sustainability and addressing the evolving needs within healthcare.

Through this conference, MAPFRE and the University of Malta aim to foster dialogue and collaboration among stakeholders to drive sustainable growth in healthcare, benefitting both the Maltese community and the broader industry.

This event is being held at The Malta Chamber in Valletta and it is free of charge. Registration is open and acceptance will be on a first come-first served basis.
